Little Baker Lake

Rating: 4.5 of 5
Species: Brook Trout
Last Visited: 2012

Little Baker Lake Banff National Park

Little Baker Lake is located on an unofficial trail in the skoki Area of Banff National Park. The trail leading to it however is well traveled so it's not hard to find from the east end of Baker Lake. This lake is an average size backcountry lake with mostly clear waters.

Little Baker Brook Trout

Little Baker Lake offered just as good or better action or as the other larger lakes in this area of Banff National Park. Brook trout here were aggressive and you are able to sight fish for some larger ones. I caught fish in this lake up to 15 inch in surprising quanitily on both my visits
